Run away, save yourself
Horrible checked out early. Broken pool. Guy mumbling gibberish in lobby w ankle monitor on , for 8 hours straight, who come to find out is living at hotel. Clusters of smokers hanging out in groups at all entrances. It appears quite a few un-homed persons are living in hotel. Hotel has gotten so worn down and shabby in rooms , the couches and rugs are stained and worn. Multiple ceiling leaks that have been patched badly. Run, run far away

Strange experience
Had to move to another room due to extreme mold/musty smell in carpets with first room. Second room placed into had laminent floors that due to the humidity of area, were constantly wet and slippery to walk on with socks. Very loud neighborhood at all times of the day and night. Homeless people slept on couches in front lobby with receptionist being fine with it.

The pool was nice but hot tub had hardly any water and wouldnt turn on. Everything in our hotel floor, room, and elevators was very old and stained. A lot of the people staying here appeared to be homeless type of people so I didnt feel very safe. TV is the smallest I have ever seen maybe 35inch and so far away you cant even watch. Overwhelming smell of Fabuloso chemicals throughout the hotel. Only 2 towels that you have to use at the pool the bring back with you to use after showering. Food in lounge was decent and the staff we encountered were friendly.

When I got there, they asked if I needed 1 or 2 beds. I only needed one so they moved me to a room with one bed and that’s all that fit into the room it was so small. I still paid the same. Total bait and switch.
