The room at Red Roof Inn was not avail when we arrived … a few hours later upon our return we were able to get room 156 … upon inspection we had bugs in the bed linen where we would have been sleeping … we immediately checked out and left messages at front desk and online … we shld receive a full refund for a disgusting display of poor customer service
We walked into our room and there was water on the floor. I went over and called the front desk to let them know. By the time I got off of the phone with them I was having an allergic reaction to mold. My son grabbed our bags and we went to the front desk and the young man (he was very nice) said that he would cancel and have it refunded and apologized. We are however still waiting for our refund
The room smelled, tv turn on and off while we never turned or touched the tv/remote.The neighbors partied from 7-12 pm, felt unsafe. We were booked from Friday -Sunday night. Was charged for the nights we were not with no refund. I hardly do surveys but this one was a need.

The toliet was not working when i first checked in.. however i checked the valve to the tank and it was closed so i opened it back up and taadaahhh water flowed into the tank. Other than that no complaints.
Room was clean enough but could use a little updating. AC unit seemed to run hot at night.

Nice location...but
Like staying here close to I 95 and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. They allow pets which is good. Property needs updating and bathroom needs painting and get rid of old tile and rust.
It was good very clean nice rooms the only bad thing I can say about it was some of the people there stayed up all night and hung out by the balcony definitely should have a policy in place about loitering
