The room is worn down. There were many, many bugs. The bed linens were dirty. And they added $45 at checkin on top of what they charged here.

Nights were interrupted by continual loud arguing, profanity, and threats among numerous people who argued and yelled both inside and outside their rooms which were close to mine. While no threats were directed to me, I nevertheless felt like I was in an unsafe environment. Trash was piled next to my car in parking space outside my door. Then I found, and killed, a large cockroach in my room. I was ultimately allowed to change room to another area of the building.

Very poor overall, room had a bad odor to it. The hot tub was out of order and I got the feeling there was no immediate plans to fix it, so that should be removed as an option. Other guests appeared to be living at the motel, probably on a weekly basis. Breakfast crummy and they had no milk, not only the first day which could happen, but not the second day either though staff was aware. Not good when the main food was cold cereal. The keys did not work the second day and I heard another guest loudly complain as he was locked out of his room while packing his car. A big disappointment and a definite never again, giving much better options nearby.

Overall not bad. The bed was comfortable and was fine for our one night stay. The bath towels are tiny and a bit rough. The floor although appeared clean left the bottom of my feet dirty. The bathroom vent fan didn’t work so you had to leave the door open so you could use the mirror. The bathroom door was rotting at the bottom of the door. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This is the most disgusting hotel/motel I have ever been to. The walls are thin, the sheets weren’t washed and “free breakfast?” More like rotten apples and no food. Never staying here! There was a TOILET outside my room for homeless to use? I dont know.

A Room to Remember
What kind of traveler are you? If you're in it for the adventure, than this place is for you. When you arrive several guests may be wandering between rooms, talking loudly to themselves on the balcony, or possibly yelling obscenities at their mothers. The person checking you in will never leave the safety of his enclosed desk. Your sheets may have cigarette holes in them, your non smoking room may smell like cigarette smoke, and some items in your room may be broken. For those of you seeking a real thrill, do lift your bedding back and check for bed bug debris. You may not find evidence of bed bugs, but the dust (dead skin cells accumulated in the mattress) may make you wish you found some. When you get up in the morning, you may not get breakfast if another guest has 'tossed' the dining room area. You may meet some of Florida's men in blue. Breakfast might be a broken cereal dispenser that guests serve themselves from the top by the handfuls. And, if your a real risk taker, their may or may not be coffee...in your room or in the dining area. So if adventure is what your after, this might be the place for you. As for me, this stop is going on my list of top ten worst places I have ever stayed. It might even make the top 5 list.
