Quirky hotel in a great location between the Arena and Juliet’s balcony. My single room was spacious with everything I needed. The bed was definitely bigger than a single! The welcome drink was a nice touch on arrival. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of hot and cold food. The hotel was very busy though!

Good base for sightseeing

Hotel was clean and tidy. Well positioned for sights. Rooms were ok but not as lux as on website As in middle of city it’s surrounded by buildings so rooms quite dark. Bed comfy but pillows were bricks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Old building so even though it has a lift, you go up and down lots of stairs to get to rooms from lift, so unless you state you need a room on level walk (if they have one) you may find this challenging if disabled or with pushchair etc. Can be noisy but on the whole a good base for sightseeing. Didn’t use restaurant so don’t know about food.
