We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel located so close to the famous Opera House Arena. The hotel staff, especially Alessandro, did an exceptional job of making us feel welcome when we arrived after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we felt very safe in this hotel. The continental breakfast included in our travel package was delicious and included a large selection of hot and cold delicacies. I would highly recommend staying at this friendly hotel if you are traveling to Verona.

Little issues didn’t ruin the stay

I went to Verona primarily to attend the opera. This hotel is roughly 50 steps away from the Arena di Verona, where it is performed. So, great location near the venue and near Piazza Bra and boat loads of shopping. The shower in my room was messed up. The way the water came out of the handle and/or shower head, caused great leaks across the floor. I had to use all of my towels to mop it up and then had wet towels drying in my room. I tried to get the cleaning staff to take the wet towels, but the language barrier prevented that from happening. Everyone was nice. The room was pleasant. Some of the furniture was a bit too big for the space and it was easy to hit one’s foot on the bed frame leg. Still, I recommend this hotel because overall it has a nice outdoor breakfast area and was comfortable and is in a good location.

Mixed experience - great location but disappointi

The hotel was perfectly located and very quiet. Smallish room and tiny shower room, with no space to move was a bit of a problem. Staff were lovely and rooms well maintained. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Almost no food that wasnt sweet (even the six different croissants were all filled with various jams and creams and the fruit salad was sweetened). Ended up just eating a couple of pieces of ham and cheese each day. Not good and such a shame as hotel was really quite good otherwise.

Great central location at edge of Piazza Bra a few steps from the Roman arena. Pleasant, quick check in. My “deluxe” double room was spacious with a spacious shower room. My room was at the back of the hotel - no view but pleasantly quiet away from street noise. Bring your own slippers (hard floors) and bathrobe. Low point of this hotel is the painfully slow wifi which also drops out all the time. High point is the extensive breakfast buffet - delicious.

Es un hotel muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y los empleados te hacen sentir muy bienvenido. Llegamos,m en horario pero nuestra habitación no estaba lista por un problema con los huéspedes anteriores, por lo que enseguida resolvieron el problema y nos dieron una habitación mejor. El desayuno es variado, abundante. Está ubicado bien en el centro, cerca de todo. Sin dudas, volvería.
