Viana do Castelo Vacation Packages

I have stayed in many worse 5 star hotels. How this is rated 4.5 stars 🌟 I will never understand. Facilities are new and perfectly maintained. The front of house staff are excellent. The doorman was 11/10 courteous especially when seeing my Dublin registration as he worked there for 11 years. The receptionist spoke to me in Irish ☘️ The room appeared as though nobody had ever stayed there before. The hotel had every amenity and the outdoor pool was even open in late October. Don’t miss this hotel right opposite the beach if you’re in the area. Brilliant people and property.

Clean and tidy, comfortable for a couple of nights. We were in the ground floor apartment with window out the back lane overlooking cafes. Was very quiet at night. Perfect location for walking everywhere

Excellent Hotel. Easy check in with the helpful staff at the front desk, with lockers to store luggage until check in time. Everything works in the room/apartment, very clean and organized. Clear communication with the hotel from booking to check-in/out. Close to public transport and several landmarks. Small grocery and a restaurant next door with awesome breakfast. Check out was easy with Pedro who was very helpful on giving us tips to travel to the airport.

Great location. Except for the fact there is a massive building project on the adjoining wall. It would have been nice to know that before booking. As at 0800 the Roto Hammer’s start a massive concert is n jackhammering noises. And this project will be ongoing for some time. If this would have been known before hand? I wouldn’t have booked. As I spent a lifetime in construction and wanted to leave the noise behind me. In affection, the A/c is more of a suggestion as it wouldn’t cool the room off as it should. I also ended up having to empty the water collection for the a/c 3 times. If not? There would have been gallons of water spilled on the floor. This was not disclosed about having to preform preventative maintenance. Check in? Was after 1500, not by much, but then they are strict about Che k out time they should be as strict about check in time. For the price? The value just wasn’t there.
