Dommage...
Cadre idyllique; hôtel niché au coeur de la montagne. Un grand merci à Anna pour son sourire, ses petites attentions et surtout sa cuisine si savoureuse et généreuse! En revanche, nous avons rencontré un très gros problème à notre arrivée: nous avions réservé la suite luxueuse avec très grand lit et vue vallée mais nous avons été "surclassés' dans une autre chambre de qualité très médiocre (porte de douche manquante; douchette tenant par un fil et moisissures dans la douche; lit à ressorts de taille normale et de qualité très médiocre; chambre très sombre; un seul chevet...) Quand nous sommes allés porter réclamation, le propriétaire nous a rétorqué qu'il ne souhaitait pas garder de clients mécontentents et que nous pouvions donc partir... en précisant qu'il ne tenait pas compte des commentaires... Difficile pour nous de trouver un autre hébérgement sachant que nous avions réservé la fameuse suite luxueuse depuis déjà plusieurs mois... Il faut également préciser que contrairement à tous les hôtels réservés le paiement de la chambre doit se faire sur place, exclusivement en espèces. Attention également au prix du dîner qui serait passé de 16€ à 17€ au moment du règlement... C'est vraiment dommage...

Très bien.
Si vous êtes de passage dans le coin d anos vianos, je vous conseille cet hôtel sans hésiter. En plein cœur des montagnes. Complètement dépaysé avec le confort. A 12 km du plateau d omelios a faire sans hésiter.
