The girl at reception is very helpful, thanks! We felt welcome by all staff members and received useful info from them.

Best hotel in Verona and one of my favorite anywhere. Staff make you feel at home and completely comfortable. Location cannot be beat. Rooms are large, comfortable, and elegant. Lobby is brilliantly beautiful. Breakfast is top notch. Perfect!

The staff is amazing, we got early check in like 11:00 am without extra cost, they arranged for an airport taxi at 4:00 and then offered a small breakfast while we waited for the taxi. Proximity to the train station is excellent.

Excellent location close to the train station and the town centre Very friendly and helpful staff at reception Spacious bedroom with quiet aircon but charging for a kettle is a bit mean The breakfast is ok but limited for a 4 star hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was located in an industrial area. The rooms were small, our refrigerator was not working & smelled musty. The holder for the shower head was broken so the shower head was leaning & not operating properly. The night staff & lobby drinks & food were wonderful. The breakfast was a nightmare. Neither of the coffee machines or the tea kettle were working. There were no bowls for the cereal & it was very crowded with people pushing their way around the food.
