Check in lady was nice but had trouble checking us in. As soon as we got to room the tv would not work. Error message was on the screen. I called the front desk and someone came right up to take care of the problem. In casino we had to wait and no one ever came around to see if we wanted drinks. We went up to a worker and requested he send someone to us. By the time we gout our drinks mine was not what I ordered. In one of the restaurants (the one that you need reservations for and I didn’t know it, we were able to be seated. They had 2 specials one was ox tail and the other was a seafood platter for 2 for $65. After we ordered the seafood platter and drinks the waitress finally came out to tell us that they were out of the seafood platter although I saw at least one person get it brought to their table. Drinks took so long to get. The gumbo was to spicy to easy as was the blackened catfish that we ended up getting. Our waitress was to busy taking care of another table that she seem to know them well! We did not leave a tip. Unless things change we will not be back as I had to pay $265 plus the $50 that will be returned. My room was not a comp room!!
