Very noisy hallway with doors and elevators open and shutting. They offered a limited breakfast which provided waffles but the fork and knife were so weak plastic that you couldn’t cut the waffle.

My stay did not happen. Upon arrival, they couldnt find my confirmation. Then they checked me into a room that was not cleaned yet from last occupant. Then I was told they had no empty rooms. Finally, they tried to find me a room at another hotel of much less standards. In all my 73 years, I have never been so humiliated and frustrated. End result, We drove home 3 hrs away. I will never stay there again.

There was no stay at La Quinta. When we arrived it was already a chaotic mess. We were checked in and given keys to a suite. When we brought our bags in there were already people there. The lobby had several disgruntled patrons who had reservations but no rooms available. We were different in that we'd booked a suite but ended up traveling 40 more miles to find a decent room.

Stayed many times here. Always neat, trim and clean. Need to sharpen up some items: A/C in my room not working; ran water for over 5 minutes to get hot water; fruit cup at breakfast was spoiled, rotate stock instead of locking the refrigerator only 1 luggage caddy on property. Still a good stay. No bugs or bad smells, desk clerk very courteous last night. AM clerk not so much.

The hotel was old and in need of repairs and renovations, the pool was dirty, there were no luggage carts, there were nasty, soiled pillows outside, and it was just overall a bad experience. I usually like La Quinta, but stay away from this one.

My stay was awesome the front desk was helpful and accommodating they greeted you with a smile. The housekeeping staff was very friendly all but the last one we had on check out. She was very rude to my fiancé when he ask questions she pointed never spoke a maintenance guy in return help answer his questions. I decided to still give this hotel five stars. As for the rude house keeper she just didn’t get the top i intended to leave after cleaning up the room trying to help her😊

After three separate phone calls on different days, being assured that my reservation would be honored, they ended up giving my room to somebody else. I was within the hours of checking in, too, but I appreciate the staff for coordinating a room for me. I just wish that their word was solid; I don’t have any other complaints… just mean what you say to guests in the future.
