Had a lovely 2 night stay at the property, even though there were quite a number of stairs (interesting given my recent hip replacement but I managed). Apartment was fairly clean and very comfortable. There was no view from our room but that didn’t matter to us. There was no milk in the fridge (to accompany the complimentary tea/coffee) but a quick trip to reception fixed that. The pool was nice (not very deep) but could do with more shade options. Pool towels were readily available and a used towel tub was next to the tables, which was nice. Staff at reception were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was easy and access to the property was simple. The nearby Whalers Inn restaurant also had wonderful staff and lots of dining options. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again. Location is beautiful and nice to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas.

The room we booked was not cleaned and upon advising the receptionist she upgraded to the next level. We felt so bkessed and grateful to her as we had travelled for a while to get there and had an early start the next day. Great customer service and problem solving on the spot. She was lovely and kind, respectful and took responsibility. Not alot of people do these days. What a gem.

The apt was v good- looks recently renovated. Bathroom new finish was excellent. The original building is dated n we were located on the second floor had many steps to get to it. But once in there on the balcony looking at the sea n view , all is forgotten. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook a meal. Parking under the building in allocated space. A little squeezy if car next door doesn’t park in their space

The coastal view was very good but the rest was average. We didn't get the room that we booked (common problem apparently) and neither Expedia nor the Bluff seemed to care. Of course it cost extra. Staff service was non-existent, and the accommodation was a bit remote out of Victor Harbor. Messy roadworks made for a disappointing stay. I won't be back.

The actual room itself was very nice. We paid for a room with "no view". We weren't expecting to be looking at a brick wall. We tried to find somewhere else on the property to sit outdoors and enjoy the beautiful weather. The only outdoor area to sit was the pool area, which was only open bw 9am and 5pm, when most people are out exploring. I found the photos on the booking site to be quite misleading compared to our actual experience.
