I arrived a little after 4 my room was still not ready. I was offered amother room that was ready i agreed but then i was charged full price for that room plus the room i had booked on expedia. The lady on duty said there was no manager available to speak too and she could'nt do anything about the extra charge.

Fantastic hotel! Definitely recommend and will stay here again when in the area. The price is good and the facilities are excellent. Room was clean and desk clerk was so accommodating when we arrived. Very pleasant and explained everything to us!

The facilities were well-cared for and the staff were very friendly. Otherwise, this is a "you get what you pay for" hotel. The walls were very thin as we were woken up a few occasions by other slamming doors and dogs barking. Also the breakfast offered was one of the least provided for that I have been to in many years. I would rather pay a little more and stay at a neighboring hotel in the future.
