When we checked in, the lights in the parking lot were out making it very dark as we checked in, there were no towels in our room, the TV remote didn't turn the TV on, toilet made some humming noises every time we flushed and the A/C unit was extremely noisy. I've been very happy with most of the Holiday Inn Express facilities, but I think a renovation is needed here.

Our family stays at this hotel because it has a hot tub. I suffer from bone disease n spine issues and stay here primarily to enjoy the hot tub n spend quiet time with our daughter. I get there and the receptionist was terribly nasty, short, snide and rude telling me itd be NO PROBLEM TO JUST CANCEL MY RESERVATION. And no communication skills but rudeness. If the hot tub does npt work shouldn't it be listed as not available. Our family now has a distaste for this hotel and also Hotels.com. this also happened in San Diego 3months ago. Its time to find a new app for certain.

It's Definitely Fine!

This was a very middle-of-the-road hotel. We would not have stopped here except that we had car trouble and needed to wait for repairs. There was nothing terrible about the place, but it definitely was not as nice as other places we stayed, and the staff seemed like they were over-worked.
