It was an okay normal hotel. It did have Chili's in same parking lot. Gas station close and a donut place in walking distance. Breakfast had choices but just ok.

Ideal for a freeway/motorway overnight stop as there are multiple dining options to walk to. A bit noisy from the road early morning when the truckers set off. Room a little tired. Breakfast has good options for a buffet but so much disposable plastic and polystyrene.

I NEVER EVEN FOUND HOTEL. I called up to ask for help in finding the hotel and MARTINA said I was stupid and she was going to CANCEL LAST MINUTE RESERVATION. IF MY CREDIT CARD paid this bill I will refute the payment. I never found hotel in Barstow and I stayed in my car, couldn’t sleep due to her INSANE BEHAVIOUR!! FIRE HER. SHE WAS RUDE AND EXTREMELY MEAN. I’M FROM NM NOT CA. She should have helped me not be a jerk. I won’t rest until justice is done.

The hidden gem of Barstow. Ive been to many road hotels. I enjoyed everything about Barstow Holiday Inn. Small room but everything you would need . Refrigerator , Micro the whole nine. Restaurants all around. Im a heath nut but couldn't resist Baskin Robbins and Dunken Doughnuts right next to Chili's steps away.On VaCa so splurging a tad. If you chose to book don't miss the hot tub. Clean , just right ! Do it....Keno , Las Vegas.

Stay was amazing the only problem is they hold the deposits and do not give them back. The manager said we get this all the time call your bank and do not complain to the hotel. It has been almost 3 weeks COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

The room was adequate. The breakfast was acceptable for this level of accommodation. I arrived after dark and I found it difficult to find--confusion about two Holiday Inn properties near each other plus confusion streets off the main drag. Not enough parking. They share parking with Chili's restaurant, which is not obvious until you ask. Immediate surroundings are not especially welcoming.
