Elevator was pretty sketchy sounding and actually broke down the last day, so we had to use stairs to 4th floor. Otherwise, room was very clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly. Convenient location to highway.

Got this hotel for a 6 night stay because I wanted to save money on food and cook in the room, since it had the kitchen. There were no dishes in my room, so I requested some. I was told they would be brought up at 8AM the next morning. They never were. Said I didn't get them, was told they were out, but I should get some the next day. I never did. So I ended up wasting money on groceries I couldn't use as well as spending extra getting food out. On top of that, the heater kept going in and out, so the temperature was never comfortable. There were always big bags of trash in front of the elevator, which broke down twice during my stay. Overall, it was just the absolute worst experience I've had staying in Victorville. And that's saying a lot considering the generally poor overall quality of Victorville as a whole.

The pool is not heated and was so cold my daughter could not swim. The hot tub was also in the colder side therefore she could go in that as it was equivalent to a warm (not hot) bath. The jets on the hot tub did not work. Everything else was good. They had good breakfast options. The staff was polite and everything was clean.

Property was under renovation while I stayed. It was clean enough but there were some signs of quick/incomplete work. There was making tape left on the room. And some patch work was not the best. The elevator was scary, slow and dirty. There was a broken tile in the lobby. The front seemed clean enough, but the are behind the building was littered. I only stayed one night, and don't have any major issues. The area was a little more down than I thought with cars making a lot of noise as I was trying to fall asleep.

Very comfortable stay

Highly attentive staff, friendly and very accommodating of our requests. Room was exactly what we needed for the week. Unfortunately the fitness center was closed due to remodeling and one of the washing machines was not in service. Also would have been nice if they mixed up the breakfast options throughout the week, but overall the offerings were sufficient.

Poor service

Shower was dirty and plug was inoperable when we arrived. We requested daily turn down service for our entire stay and it was not done even though we were told it wouldn’t be a problem.

it's victorville...what do you expect?

the phone in our room didn't work. we had an issue with the sink in the kitchen area leaking all over the floor but it was fixed in a timely manner. the wifi was horrible. Probably the worst part of the hotel was the wifi.
