Thoughtful person at check in

The woman that checked us in was very polite and told us that the computer had put us in a special needs room and ask if it would be okay to save that room for someone that might need it. We thought that was very thoughtful for her to take the time for the needs of someone's comfort that may need that room. The room we have is comfortable and clean.

The main asset for the hotel had was the river view. Fantastic location right on the river bank but the view was totally obscured because of the dried weather scum on the outside of the window. A large Mississippi river boat was docked outside the hotel and I could see only a gray haze.

When u go into the hotel it’s very hot. Our room was very dirty the walls had spills, smelled of mold. Curtains had water stains over them

not too good

room was not cleaned until I went to desk and requested this was a week long stay so I expected better service. elevator not functioning properly. The first morning I woke to a dead mouse in the middle of the room. could not get a drink in the bar. the bartender could not make any mixed drinks or cocktails.
