excellent breakfast, beautiful view from room

This is basically camping in heated heavy plastic tents, great heated beds and only 2 toilets for the entire "campground" (7 other "buuble tents". I'm an avid camper so enjoyed it. If you're looking for seriously dark skies (which I was), be warned: there are nearby greenhouses with very bright lights on all night long. There is a shared kitchen, but stovetop didn't work so only sink & refrigerator

The place is awesome , we would recommend everyone to spend a night or 2 there. We had a tough time reaching out to their person whose number is given , we called several times because we were not give the access code. Never received the email. The other feedback would be to include more lighting in the the closet and at the entrance

Excellent location and proximity to attractions and restaurants. Only negative was foul smelling bathroom, the bedrooms/kitchen were very well kept.

We could see the Northern lights from our bed! Tiny, but they even had a sauna!

Great location and helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Beautiful location and surroundings. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub under the stars.

I was terribly disappointed upon entering my room, which was clearly uncleaned. The beds looked slept in, empty beer cans were left on the table, a cucumber and more cans were in the bin, and multiple stains covered various surfaces. After travelling from the airport, I expected to shower and relax, not be confronted with such an appalling room. I contacted staff via WhatsApp call but received no answer, then emailed my concerns. With no response, we had to search for a vacant room ourselves. After my third call, a staff member confirmed the original room was mine but offered no apology. I had to request a move myself. Approximately three hours after being moved, other guests knocked on our door, informing us that the room had also been allocated to them. The hotel should have arranged alternative accommodation for them beforehand. Instead, everyone was left in an awkward and uncomfortable situation. The replacement room was also unsatisfactory. A terrible draught came through the window, making sleeping uncomfortable despite the radiator being on. Some windows also had no blinds, compromising our privacy. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, absence of an apology, room allocation errors and uncomfortable conditions fell well below acceptable standards.Although the location was convenient, close to the city centre and the church, this does not compensate for the experience. I would appreciate a formal explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience
