Location on Grand Canal is great! Hotel has own private dock if you’re coming or leaving by private water taxi. Vaporetto stop is right there too. A very ornate old palazzo - rooms a bit tired but clean. All period furnishings. Nice bathroom amenities. We walked everywhere from there. Let front desk show you on map how to get where you want to go. AI is not always correct!!!

good location and the service here is excellent

We really appreciated this hotel and its proximity to the airport. The hotel is older, but well maintained and the staff is wonderful. It was within a 2 minute walk to a delicious restaurant with very large personal pizzas. As seen in other reviews, there is no hotel shuttle, but the front desk was able to call a taxi for us at 3:45 in the morning. This was everything we hoped for in an "airport" hotel.

Really modern hotel that is close to the main attractions. Easily accessible by the vaporetto and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back when i get back to Venice!!

The hotel was great. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is phenomenal. The only thing we didn’t like it’s the area.

Simply Amazing! I simply do not recall a whole staff team as amazing as this one. Extremely attentive, helpful and always with great attitude.
