No better place to stay - location in Innere Stadt close to Stefansdom, easy arrival/departure; in fine building, with a rather special lift!; Reception and all staff efficient and friendly; apartment very comfortable and well equipped. It has been an excellent base for our week in Vienna.

Spacious beautiful hotel apartment in Vienna
Apartment-Hotel Riemergasse is centrally located in Vienna. Our unit was spacious one large bedroom and a large living room with a full kitchen. The building has been renovated with a beautiful elevator. One of the units is the 24 hours hotel reception. There is daily cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful with questions and request. We highly recommend this hotel-apartment

This apartment hotel is a little gem. It is perfectly situated in the inner city. You can easily walk to the many sites nearby. There is a great grocery store nearby and excellent places to eat. This is the perfect place between a hotel and a bed and breakfast booking . You have the convenience of a 24 hour desk (someone can help you at any hour), daily cleaning of the apartment and the extra space. However, if you enjoy the vibe of a hotel lobby and a place to sit downstairs amongst all the comings and goings - you won’t find it here. The apartment is spotlessly clean and we had the most wonderful stay here. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so all the Appartement-Hotel an der Riemergasse for such a great experience.

The property is very spacious and centrally located. Everything was within a few minutes walk. We had no problems with the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. However, management was slow in responding to my emails. I happened to leave an item in the apartment on check-out day. I immediately emailed the office saying that if they found it I would pay the courier and any handling fees for them to ship it to me. I initially didn’t get a response and had to keep following up to hear back from them. Our back and forth emails took about a week until I concluded that they wouldn’t find it. While I understand that they might not be able to find it for me, the slow communication showed a lack of urgency and care are the matter.

This apartment hotel by far is the best unit we’ve stayed in our 6 weeks trip in Europe. The full size kitchen is so homey; we were able to sit down to have several nice family meals together. The laundry service is phenomenal; left in the room in the morning, and is done by the time when we returned to the room at the end of the day. The staff Paul was especially helpful; the apartment itself is like a historic building itself; the property is located right at the center of Vienna old town; super convenient for shopping and dining, and public transportation. It is a gem in the area; we will most definitely to come back when we are in Vienna again

I liked my stay at the hotel. Everything is great. When you get to the hotel, there is no lobby with reception you can walk to. You have to press the button for reception and they let you in. The reception is one floor up in a room. Just a little bit of trouble with check-in. But I would stay. Walking distance to Innere Stadt historical area.
