Beautiful hotel located at an amazing area- walk distance to city hall, university of vienna and some other main attractions. Also, all employees were really kind and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again if visit Vienna again.

Awful - they double charged us for room. The hotel and Expedia blamed each other. Staff was very rude about it and said we needed to cancel earlier. But we did not know they had us for two rooms so how could we cancel a room that we did not know about. They showed us to papers but we had nothing on app showing two rooms. Expedia called and asked for them to refund and they said no. The hotel was not sold out. It almost seemed like a scam. We only received confirmation for one room. Regardless they charged us two and we’re not at all kind about it. We needed to dispute charges. It was a horrible way to start vacation. They manager Angelique was condescending and the other employee said it was impossible because they did not know what we paid Expedia. When I asked him to ask Expedia that so he could refund us, he just said I would need to talk with manger

Our room had mold, and we saw bugs. Also the front desk staff is very rude when asking for assistance with changing our reservation. She couldn’t wait to tell me no to my question after she spoke with the manager. When they say refundable there are no exceptions, not one. Our room is very outdated, and the carpet had stains. Also the shower would leak all over the floor and there was mold in the corners

My husband and I stayed four nights and we were very please that the hotel was very clean and nice kept. The staff was kind, helpful, and very resourceful. The only complain is that there was no bar or nice restaurant to hang out after a long day.
