Good hotel and great location

Good hotel, great location near the city center and public transport to the airport. The botanical garden is right next door as is the Belvedere and its spacious grounds. Well equipped and clean rooms. The front desk people could be a bit more friendly but, overall, it’s been a good experience. I have been coming to this hotel for years and will continue to do so.

Very smart hotel staff were efficient and friendly and the rooms were large well equipped and clean. We took the option of breakfast which was fresh and plentiful with a very good choice. The hotel is located about 20- 30 minute walk to the old town and very close to the Belvedere palace. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Vienna it is very close to the train station for very easy access to the airport.
