Fabulous hotel

Very comfortable large room. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere.

Fantastic hotel .

This hotel is absolutely superb. Every aspect was excellent…. Service …. Dining … comfort … cleanliness all fantastic. Whilst it is a short distance from the city Centre accessibility was easy , quick & hassle free. Perfectly placed for a short walk to the Schönbrunn palace . Extremely good value . An utter delight to stay here .

Great hotel

Fantastic hotel, transport links were right on the doorstep. Found it a bit noisy due to tiled floors but that cant be helped. Would i stay here again, yes definitely.

the check in was easy and Mr Shaja (forget his name) from Bangladesh at the Front Desk make it easy for us. The room very spacious and amenities is all there and our room on the 5th has a great view of Schonbrunn garden. We really like the hotel. Its true you live like a king! the king bed is huge! and there is closet, safe in the room and mini bar and free water upon arrival. coffee and tea maker in the room another plus! keep the good work to the hotel staff and management! would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again here!
