Greatly located in the center of everything: was able to window shop, visit the Dome Stephan, Sisi Museum and Imperial Court within two hours by foot. The front desk (a girl unfortunately didn’t get her name in the evening of Jan 10) was so helpful assisting me research what I wanted to do in a short stay. In an evening and two hours on the morning I went to see a concert, window shopped, visited Sisi Museum, walked around Hoffburg, visited Imperial Crypt and got to airport early. I’ll come back!

A gorgeous hotel in the midst of a busy area. The staff were wonderful and made sure to take care of my families every need. A wonderful view of St Stephens can be seen during the buffet breakfast, a must stay location.

Perfectly situated next to the famous Stephansplatz, this hotel offers friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Rooms were all clean and well attended, breakfast was delicious and we were very pleased with our stay. 10/10!

Best Hotel In Vienna
This hotel is in a prime location facing St Stephens. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was clean spacious and just wonderful. The staff was exceptionally great. The staff in the morning at breakfast is great and loved the little notes they give you. I will always recommend this hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms are amazing and the included breakfast was very good every day. Staff I was extremely helpful and assisted us with navigating Vienna’s public transportation system and also arranged an airport transfer for us.

Great location but too warm
A nice hotel in a great location however our room, 208, was too warm and the temperature difficult to control. The A/C only works if the outside air temperature is greater than 19c, we were there in November and the temperature outside was between 2 and 12c. So, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, our room looked out onto a courtyard where staff were seen working and there was a corridor opposite so we couldn’t leave the windows and/or curtains open. The cathedral clock starts chiming at 6am. On a positive note we appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were sent in advance and we enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was pretty good with a view of the Cathedral. The room was otherwise well equipped.

Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!

Stylish and welcoming hotel.in central location.
This hotel could not have been more centrally located. Our suite was stylish and well decorated, and the breakfast buffet had many tasty options. The hotel and our room were decorated with wooden sculptures which added a unifying touch. Best of all, though, was the friendliness of the staff which made us feel so welcome.
