Where to start? The bathroom floor was dirty, the room had very little store space and four hangers were all that were provided. There was no drawer storage. The second day of our stay, we left at 8:30 am, and the room was not serviced by our return at 6:30 pm. A cleaning person arrived only at 7:30 pm, while we were resting. The desk personnel were either overwhelmed with guests or away from the desk dealing with problems. The one lift was slow. When we asked for a hairdryer, we were given one that did not fit any of the power outlets in the room. When asked, the front desk had no adapters because “they keep getting stolen.” I do not understand how this could be classified as a four star hotel. We were extremely disappointed.

Amazing hotel
We really liked the hotel. It is in a very central location, just a few minutes from the downtown area. The staff is young and friendly, and since it is a family run hotel, the service feels very personal. We were able to check in at 10 a.m. without any extra charges. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Place needs a full renovation. First room had not been cleaned. Staff are inattentive and slow. No staff at checkout. Staff came into the room and woke me up 3 times within 2 hours in the afternoon when I needed to sleep. Would not recoomend.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay! We appreciated how close it was (two blocks) from the Taborstraße subway stop. It was also just a 15 minute stroll into the city (Stephensplatz). The hotel lobby is LOVELY and our room was fantastic! Lots of room and it was very comfortable. We saw a couple of negative reviews but decided to book anyway, and I'm so glad we did. The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Check in and check out were easy and they happily kept our luggage until our room was ready at check in (we arrived hours early) and until we needed to go to the airport at check out. We would absolutely stay here again and found it an excellent location : quieter than the city center but easily navigated! For anyone it would impact positively: Several kosher restaurants are very close by. There are also grocery shops within two blocks.

Fantastic location, close to the city center. It gives a glimpse of real Viennese life, not just the tourist spots. Our room was spacious, the bed was cozy, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, die Lage ist sehr Zentral (man erreicht die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß), das PErsonal war sehr freundlich und Unser Zimmer war sehr Groß. Das Hotel wird von einerFamilie betrieben und das erkennt man auch im netten service.

I stayed one night at the Florum Hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The room was large with two queen size beds. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was a little off the beaten path but we managed the public transportation system and spent our days exploring Vienna. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed to find out that the actual room doesn't look anything at all like the photos. Our room was comfortable enough but it was a little too small to move easily, and the sofa/bed for my daughter once opened blocked all passage. Also, the cleanliness wasn't good. The staff was not rude, let's say, but not very welcoming either. The location is well served by a tram, but in general I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel
The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown. Our room was spacious with a stylish design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The reception is open 24/7 so we could check in late at night. After checking out we were able to store our luggage at the reception. The wifii was strong and reliable.
