Schönes haus mit charme, freundliches team überhaupt nicht aufgesetzt. tolles frühstück mit viel liebe serviert, selbst bei vollem haus alles ruhig & angenehm. Vor allem die Lage ist sehr praktisch in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt und direkt beim Hotel gibt es sowohl eine Straßenbahn als auch eine U-Bahn.

En general uso estos hoteles para viaje de negocios, pero esta vez fue con mi familia. Me quede sorprendido de lo comoda que fue la estadia en el hotel y lo bien que armaron la cama extra para mi hijo. Una noche baje a buscar leche para la noche para mi hijo y el que estaba en la recepcion no solo me dio leche sin problemas sino que se ofreico a calentarla en el microondas!

Eine sehr angenehme Überraschung, vor allem die zentrale Lage, die Innenstadt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die U-Bahn station U2 ist um die Ecke. Das Hotel selbst ist modern, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Richtig nettes Hotel im Herzen von Wien die U-Bahn ist direkt ums Eck, also super praktisch! Das Gebäude hat diesen typischen Wiener Altbau-Charme, aber innen ist alles neu und stylisch gemacht. Unser Zimmer war mega groß und richtig gemütlich, hohe Decken und viel Platz. Das Frühstück war mit 15 € echt fair und total lecker da ist für jeden was dabei. Kommen gern wieder!

Super Lage und richtig angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Mega zentrale Lage und super nettes Team! unser Zimmer war echt groß und hatte alles, was man braucht. WLAN war richtig schnell top! Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab echt viel Auswahl. In der Gegend gibt’s auch viele coole Restaurants und Bars war rundum ein super Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar in der Innenstadt eine U-Bahn Station ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich auch eine kleine Food Area. Das Zimmer selbst war groß und stylish eingerichtet, Personal war freundlich.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. unser Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind sehr spät angekommen, aber der Checkin hat problemlos funktioniert, da die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt ist.

Friendly hotel

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Room was nice, breakfast good, and staff nice. However, I experienced a number of inconveniences: - Not enough towels - Not enough hangers - When i asked for both, they could only find 2 hangers, and the extra towels showed up 2 days later - I requested and iron/ironing board, but they only had an iron -- I had to find ways of using it safely without the board. - Finally, one of the days I was there was a holiday. They never told me that breakfast would start later that day, and since I couldn't wait for breakfast to start, I had to go hungry that morning (all the stores and restos were closed too...)

6 day stay at Florum hotel

Overall our stay at the hotel was OK. The bedrooms were clean, but not very comfortable. The room was functional but pretty basic - we only had 1 chair to sit on as the sofa bed was being used as a bed. Occasionally we were missing a towel. We also only arrived to 2 hangers, which was an inconvenience as we stayed here for a week long work trip. Also no iron in the room. The curtains didn’t fit cover the window completely and the woodwork surrounding the window had a pretty big hole in it. The breakfast was standard cold buffet with a limited amount of hot food, but became repetitive after several days. The timings for breakfast were a little late for business travel. The breakfast room didn’t have enough chairs to accommodate all guests on a busy Saturday. It seemed a little odd that the tradesmen doing the renovations also had breakfast there every morning. It was also hard to communicate some issues to staff due to language barriers. The hotel’s location worked very well for us as we commuted to the conference centre every day.

I arrived to the hotel at 8:30pm and I was not able to be checked in/given my room until almost 10pm. There were also 10 other people waiting to be checked in. There was a gas leak in the hotel and some guy was yelling in the lobby. I am a girl traveling alone and I felt borderline unsafe. After waiting for so long I was almost going to cut my losses and try to find another accommodation. But after traveling more than 24 hours I just wanted to take a good shower and put my head to a nice clean pillow. It was not the hotels fault for the disorderly guest and leak, but they could have handled it much better. It’s not normal to keep people waiting in a lobby for an hour to have a telling match with a guest. Truly the most horrible experience I’ve had to this date. I gave two stars to be nice because the room itself was decent and matched the photos.

All fur coat and no.......

Photos on booking site bears no resemblance to reality. Moved rooms because of dirty smelly condition of first room, second no better. Refused a refund to go elsewhere. No housekeeping during stay. All public areas apart from reception were dismal. Avoid.
