Very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful lobby, restaurant(s) and bar. We regretted not getting the breakfast included in our booking because it looked delicious and plentiful. The rooms were clean and chic. The location is great as we were able to go back to our hotel during the day for a quick stop if needed.

Loud noises during mornings
This is my 3rd time staying in this fine hotel. Staff were really friendly and a great welcoming. The hotel is really great, and clean. I have previously had rooms on the 5th and 6th floor. This time it was the 7th floor, and I must say that I'll never accept staying on this floor again. The noise each morning from the restaurant above was loud! The last morning at my stay we were woken up at 5AM of things being loudly dropped on the floor, vacuum cleaning and other noises. I'll gladly stay in this hotel on other floors, but if I'm ever offered to stay on the 7th floor again, I'll immediately find another hotel. I'm disappointed that having a superior room resulted in less comfort than booking a cheaper room.
