Uncomfortable room

The room built in air is broken. There is floor unit installed in the middle of the room with exhaust to the window, very loud unit. It is impossible to sleep with it on! So you or sleep in loud or hot room! Hotel people should try it themself sometimes.

The hotel was nice, however, the staff and server had inconsistent communication. The coffee in the morning was suppose to be free but then they charged us for it. Just not good customer service. But great location.
