Beautiful Hotel and Friendly staff
This hotel is perfect for your holiday to Vienna. Staff extremely friendly and approachable. Made welcome from the moment we came through the door. The rooms were very clean and the beds were loveoy and comfortable. The breakfast is to die for and so is the hot chocolate! We had transfers to and from the hotel which flowed very well both ways. Thank you so much

Booked a twin room for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Air con and mini bar worked which was good in mid 30s heat every day. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Received 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Main Vienna attractions in centre just a 15min walk away. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We had a great time here. The Taylor Swift friendship bracelets that were left in our room really sold us. It was clean and fabulous. The only downside; On our first night there, we had no AC, I let them know twice in the afternoon but nobody stopped by until we were already in bed. The second day someone came and checked on it but it still was not fixed so the staff was nice enough to let us switch rooms which we are very greatful for. We intend to return if we ever return to Austria!

Loved it!!! Walking distance to everything and far enough away from any tourist trap. The hotel was fabulous and it was a perfect place to stay while in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a good property. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was barely on. It was very hot in Vienna and we wanted it cold in the room. That was disappointing but still a very clean and nice hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful with scheduling us an unexpected day trip to Budapest. We would not have been able to do it ourselves without spending far more than necessary. We also were in town for the Taylor Swift concert that ended up being cancelled and the hotel left everyone a sweet note about the cancelled show along with friendship bracelets. They really went the extra mile. About a 10- 15 minute walk to the nearest train station.

Friendly staff, all of whom spoke fluent English and were helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean in both public areas & the room. Location great= quick walk from the hotel to multiple tram stops & the tram ride into the city center was less than 10 minutes.

The hotel is far from the city centre. I spent a lot pf money on Uber to get me from point A to B. If I have known I wouldn't have book this hotel. Even though I book a double room. I was given the farthest room which I do not really like (axtually the last room on that floor). The room was ok but not enough amenities for a 4 star. Breakfast was ok. Just a repetition everyday. I think it is ok if you stay one or two days but longer you can book somewhere else. The boast of their restaurant on site but only a few people ear there or probably they are guest as well as who would really go that far for a restaurant. Menu pricey. Reception welcoming but they will ask you to sign up for membership in order to have an early check in. No local groceries or shop on site or nearby. Very difficult to find one as they are a bit of distance.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Very convenient location to many downtown locations. However, the breakfast was very expensive. We also ate lunch out on the patio and the food took a very long time to come out.

Nice helpfull staff, corridors dampened quiet, clean room, close the big fountain and belvedere. Gmoa keller great Austrian restaurant very close and also the park with biergarten and good foods there too.
