This is a charming, historic hotel in a great location. Breakfast was delicious. Our main complaint was the lack of air conditioning. They said they had air in the room, and we adjusted the thermostat numerous times, but the temperature remained quite warm and room stayed stuffy. I’m glad I had a portable fan with me, which helped a bit.

This property is located close to a supermarket, cafes, a few restaurants and the tram! The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to navigate.

This is a fabulous old hotel with rich history . The staff was amazing, so nice, so helpful Gave us suggestions for eating. They provided us with a fan .I was so thankful there was air conditioning but, it had a set limit. The staff immediately suggested a fan which they got us ASAP. Staffed 24 hours at front desk .Highly recommend.

The staff was excellent, allowing me to leave my luggage after my check out for a couple of hours before my taxi to the airport. The room was also very clean with very comfortable beds and the food at breakfast was delicious along with the restaurant I went to in the evenings which was excellent with lovely staff!

Have stayed here often and always return. Old Vienniese charm and tradition. Staff excellent, helpful, friendly. Breakfast excellent and served in a proper diningroom. Near the Opera/Ring with good tram and underground nearby.

Beautiful old world charm with updated rooms. Rooms are small but very nice. Breakfast had great options for everyone. Public transportation available right outside the hotel and easy to use. Property location is very nice. Restaurant's and cafe's in walking distance. Easy commute to downtown Vienna and all the tourist locations.

We loved our 2 day stay here. Easy 15 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk into the centre of Vienna. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of options. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and plenty big enough- we were out and about most of the day anyways. Felt like a safe and easily walkable area even after the sun had gone down and we had had some wine. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
