Fantastic stay. Great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was a little firm for a sensitive side sleeper but that is just for people who are extra sensitive. Location was perfect. Would recommend to all and would stay again.

This is an ideal place to stay for tourism in Vienna. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms spacious. It is literally a three-minute walk to Stephansplatz, the center of tourist activity from which shopping, dining and entertainment radiates. Despite the location, it is on a side street and is quiet at night.

A home away from home
A truly unique hotel with a lot of tradition and history. Celebrities like Mozart, Liszt and Bruckner stayed there. It is beautifully decorated, with exquisite carpets, paintings and treasures of the past. Additionally, the location is excellent and lets one explore this beautiful city quite effortlessly. My only complaint: there were mosquitoes in the Breakfast room. This definitely needs to be addressed.
