Great hotel
This is a beautiful property. It’s a little quirky, with a great flair. We loved our room, with the luxurious but cozy feel. We thought the rooms were a great size for 2. Location is great, right next to the U3 metro that takes you downtown. It’s also a short 15 min walk to the Naschmarkt or only 20 min to go to the heart of the Altstadt. Though completely understandable and within their right, we were disappointed that the hotel wouldn’t refund our fourth night after the Taylor Swift concert was cancelled and our plans changed to leave Vienna early. Again, we understand why, but it was about disheartening to see a lot of other hotels (Hilton and Marriot) refund their guests. For a hotel of this price class and service I would have at least expected a room credit or restaurant credit, instead we just got a shrug.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the interior decor is stunning! The rooms are jewel boxes; comfortable and clean. The restaurant and rooftop bar are wonderful and worth checking out. The Cafè also has delicious food for takeout or you can dine on the sidewalk. Coffee and croissants every morning without fail! The best part of my stay was the incredible staff! Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful! Anything we needed was delivered to our room within minutes of requesting. The customer service is top notch especially the two lovely ladies, Nora and Ngan, who took such care of us and made sure our stay was perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel enough (I’ve traveled the world and stay in the best hotels) and highly recommend staying here if you’re lucky enough to visit Vienna. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!!!!!

The hotel is lovely inside and the staff very friendly. There’s a beautiful rooftop not to be missed! The restaurant onsite was very nice for breakfast or dinner(we sat at the bar both times). Charming hotel all around and central to walk to things.

Motto is a cute hotel in a great location for exploring Vienna and with a lovely “chic” vibe and restaurant/roofgarden. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are like most hotel rooms in Europe and a little smaller than in the US but have nice features like separate toilet, powerful showing and nice amenities. The gym only has a tread and bike (very trendy ones!) plus some weights (no rowing machine) which would have been nice give how amazing the food was. Would stay again!

The property is amazing with gorgeous art deco styling to melt your heart. Everything was well maintained and clean. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The area is walking distance to great restaurants and cafes, and located conveniently right next to a metro stop to take you anywhere in the city easily. And we really enjoyed the on-site restaurant which was so delicious. Will definitely stay here again!
