The property was centrally located which was brilliant. Most of the sites we were walkable to and the metro was only about five minutes away. The staff were all really friendly and helpful on the reception and at breakfast. When we arrived we were given a leaflet with recommenced restaurants and a foldable map which was really helpful. At breakfast each day there was a great selection and we could order freshly cooked foods. On arrival we had a bottle of wine, there were robes, slippers an umbrella and I especially liked the shower. The view was really good too. In the breakfast room there was also tea and coffee available all day with some snacks like fruit which was great. We would definitely stay here if we came back to Vienna it was well worth the money.

Lovely stay in the heart of Vienna

Hotel is in fantastic location, close to subway stop and all sights. Despite being in the middle of all the action, the room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful too. Great little bar on the rooftop with wonderful city views.

Enjoyed our weeks stay. I loved sitting in the unusual round window seat. Close to a busy city centre and felt safe. Lamee rooftop bar literally over the road. Very walkable and near the ubann station at St. Stephens Cathedral.

Plumbing and electrical issues in the room (strong sewage smell from drains; bath sink light switch worked sometimes, other times not) and television had no signal and batteries were dead in the remote control. That said, the staff was excellent—friendly and responsive—and the location and view from the room were both great. Overall, a bit pricey for the experience.
