everything great except the shower which fluctuates from cold to hot the entire time the water is on. stayed for 5 days and happened each day. would be a problem for a child having to move out of scalding hot water.

The hotel is located just a few meters from Vienna’s central station. The staff's service is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. In the lobby, there is a coffee and water dispenser included in the room rate.

Hotel was fine. I accidentally left a shirt on the hangar at the property but called them the same day, as well as came back to their front desk the next day and the following day. They claimed they never found it. The cleaning staff must have just thrown it out. Not very professional.
