Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Room was very quiet even though faced street, and extremely comfortable (had the king size bed). Shower stall large, with heated floors in bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers supplied. Would definitely stay again.

Front desk and breakfast staff is very helpful. Our room was not cleaned as expected and had some dried sticky stains on leather sofa and ottoman. Location is perfect if you want to visit Opera House.

Our room was huge with 12-15 ft ceilings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small but elegant. The location is fantastic! We were within walking distance of nearly all attractions, and there is a metro stop and trolley stop just outside the hotel doors. We absolutely loved our stay there and plan to return someday.

I have nothing to say and the service is great, very close to the attractions and almost next door. No need to take a car and you can just walk a few minutes to the attractions. The breakfast buffet is delicious what they prepare in the morning and you know it will be expensive. Yes, the hotel is expensive per night but it is worth the price. They have a 24 hrs free bar for specialty coffee and sparkling water in the fridge.l'd like to give a good feedback to Josh, in charge of restaurant, he is attentive and kind to the customer at the breakfast buffet. All the staff in the hotel from front desk to housekeeping has good service. The room, hallway and the entire hotel are clean and fragrant. We recommend this hotel to our relatives/colleagues.

Would probably come back.

Excellent location, breakfast is basic but good. Nice staff, spacious room, great view. For the location and what you get, it's very good value... But don't expect 5 stars, that's not what this is. That'd cost double. Still, can recommend this, we were a family with a 1-year old and it was worthwhile.

Vienna hotel close to Opera House

This hotel was beautiful. It was in an older building and had art work and furniture from past eras. Our room was huge. We got a family room which had 1 separate bedroom, another bed partitioned off from living room, and a pull out couch. We also had a kitchenette, which allowed us to do some meals in the room. The hotel was a short walk to both the Opera House and Karlskirche. The underground station as almost outside the front door.

The property was very clean. The staff and service were awesome. The rooms spacious with comfortable beds although the pillows were very flat. The property is very dated with worn furniture throughout.

Great location. Delicious breakfast included. Patricia in reception made us feel very welcomed and gave us great dining recommendations and a map highlighted to get around. We recommend this hotel very much. It’s walking distance to the Belvedere and other great museums, the opera house, St Charles church where we saw a wonderful Vivaldi concert and much more.
