some f the staff was nice but as coffee and tea the machine was broken .The day i left early morning no staff in the lobby and i needed a taxi to get to the airport.

Great access to transit with a bus/streetcar right outside the door with only a few stops to the subway. Staff were helpful and kind. Staying there again when we return to Vienna.

Horrible weather, so we ended up hanging out at the lyf Schonbrunn rather than sightseeing. Convenient to public transportation and groceries (Spar and Lidl). The room, and the communal kitchen (bund) made for a nice stay, given the unseasonably situation. Staff were friendly and kind.

Great public transport connection. The equipment in the room was not in the best shape. Like the couch. The TV didn't got a connection and you weren't able to change it. Neither was the possibilty to plug in a HDMI cable.

The hotel cleanliness was inadequate. The sofa had not been cleaned and was quite dirty. Additionally, the small decorative pillows had not been cleaned, resulting in soiling of the pillow beneath them. Furthermore, the pillows provided were excessively high, and no lower alternatives were available. Additionally, the hotel only performs cleaning once a week, requiring guests to replace towels and manage trash on their own during the interim.

The hotel itself is great, the rooms are really nice, comfortable beds, clean. The windows in our room was left open by either a previous guest or staff, which we didn’t see for the first 2 nights. The hotel is located by a railway, so this made it exceptionally noisy in the room. We were relieved to figure this out before our 3rd night, and it was a lot more quiet. If you are sensitive to noice, I’d recommend you let the staff know ahead of time, as you could still hear the trains from the building we were staying on the 3rd night - this building was located 2nd closest to the train tracks. The breakfast buffet said on a sign in the room that it was 16 euro, we paid 37,80 eur for 2 people, it was good but expensive. There’s a shared kitchen which we used for the other 2 breakfasts we had. We didn’t see a grocery store near by, might be one that we couldn’t find. It took 40-50 min to the airport with public transport and 20-25 min to get downtown incl. one change.

Really wonderful suite, clean, spacious and modern. One downside is the location - the surrounding area isn't terribly exciting and public transit is necessary to getting anywhere.

Excellent property for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was that it was a bit off the beaten path to the main area in Vienna and there weren't many restaurants in the area.

El hotel es original, es un complejo de varios edificios. Muy bien decorado por fuera. Habitaciones muy agradables. El personal de recepción ha sido muy amable y nos han informado sobre las actividades en Viena. Tiene una parada de tren a menos de diez minutos. Únicamente es mejorable la limpieza, que ha sido inexistente.

The hotel was ok, it was quiet and clean. We did not have any cleaning during stay ( we were 4 days). There was no regular restaurant, only that where you eat buffet breakfast for 17 euros which we thought was expensive if you want tip coffee+ croissant.

Actually quite nice facilities. Had a 'cold' kitchenette which was handy. My room had the bed in a loft arrangement which might not be suitable for small kids. Only aggravating problem was the cost of parking. 39Euros is simply outrageous. The staff say that the parking doesn't belong to the hotel but it is the only option. Probably the same property owners.
