This was such a lovely place to stay during our visit to Vienna. The rooms were absolutely amazing, I loved having the bed up on the mezzanine level to seperate the spaces, it was really cool. Having the little area with the sink and fridge was really useful for some food prep, and the communal kitchen was bright, clean, and fitted out with everything you could need.
We stayed in a level up plus room and my only small gripe was in the bathroom, the toilet was a bit too close to the sink so you ended up sitting underneath it while you sat on the toilet, and the shower was a bit small, to the extent I accidentally nudged the tap while I was in there and sent the water scorching hot. The bathrooms are a really good size, I just think some placement we had was a little cramped.
But that really didn't spoil the experience at all, outside of that the room really was 10/10, the staff were brilliant and welcoming and it was directly next to the tram stop to get in to the city. Very well located.
