I had an amazing stay at MOOONS Vienna! The hotel offers excellent value for the good price—everything was perfect. The room was stylish and comfortable, the service was great, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. A special highlight was the fitness studio: it’s well-equipped, has great air conditioning, and offers a stunning view of the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna!

Great hotel near the train station. Loved the round, porthole windows. And. Great feature is that if you decline to get your room cleaned, you get a free drink in the bar per day you do this. I had a beer and my wife had a glass of Prosecco. A nice little thing that I’ve got experienced anywhere else.

Really liked this hotel. Great bed and shower. Clean and staff very friendly/ helpful. Breakfast was great (vegetarian only). Very close to main train station and metro. 10 min walk to Belvedere palace and 30 min to inner city. Would definitely stay there again.

MOOONS Vienna delivers with rooms that achieve understated theatre—neither expansive nor cramped, but precisely calibrated for urban comfort. The bed commands with quiet authority, offering sleep that feels deliberately engineered. Staff move through with a refreshing blend of Viennese formality and contemporary warmth, while a triumph of silence creates chambers of genuine acoustic sanctuary. It's in the communal spaces where the narrative frays. The lobby presents with all the personality of an expensive waiting room—functional but forgettable. The breakfast room similarly suffers from characterlessness. The location exists in metropolitan purgatory: technically central while spiritually peripheral—in a Vienna of administrative buildings rather than Habsburg splendour. MOOONS delivers its critical promises of comfort and service.

Brought mum for a long weekend. Mooons is conveniently located with lots of travel links and options. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the whole feel of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. Some building/renovation works taking place, so the decor was unfinished in reception/bar HOWEVER no works being undertaken during our stay so not disruptive at all. The breakfast is AMAZING, and we loved every second of our stay.

The hotel is great, the rooms are unique with the large round window, and a superb shower. Beds are comfortable too. A tip for everyone! There is a small ventilation window, hidden behind the curtain. Breakfast was ok, but really geared towards vegetarians. Transport links are great , main station only 150 mts away. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly reccomended

Staff were really friendly and approachable & helped make my partners birthday special! Hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Vienna central station and also has tram and bus stops right outside so very convenient for a weekend stay!
