We loved the hotel. Perfect location as we wanted to be near the station and the Belvedere. The room was small but perfect, loved the windows, wonderful shower, funky lights and extremely comfortable beds. The treadmills in the gym were fab, and the breakfast was as good (and good value) as the reviews said. The only blots on the landscape was the service in the beautiful rooftop bar (sulky woman boss) and the portion size of the main evening meal. But we would return like a shot if we come back to Vienna.

The hotel was super easy to find across the road from the main station access to the whole of Vienna was really easy using the underground and the hotel was super clean tidy and a great breakfast would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna

When I booked I was just looking for a hotel near the main train station and I had low expectations. However I found the place to very clean and comfortable. Despite being on a fairly busy street, I didn’t hear any traffic noise from my room. The a/c was also good. My only negative comment us that the front desk could have been better staffed, although I did not have any delays with checkout.

The hotel boasts about it roof bar. Not open for our entire stay. Blamed the weather, it was 72 and sunny three days. Regular bar staff could not even make the signature cocktails, and rather unfriendly. I think they were just shortstaffed. Coffee cups in the rooms have no handles, can drink the coffee.

Friendly and positive atmosphere created by welcoming and attentive staff. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge. Check in and out was very smooth; and the breakfast was fabulous on our last morning. The location was just right for us to access the local attractions as well as a good stroll into Central Vienna. The less than 5 min walk from the nearest railway station was really handy, and just one stop from the airport. Would highly recommend Mooons!

On a busy road right by the main train station but very quiet inside the room. Easy transit options within 1 block. 30 minute walk to old town. Places to eat/coffee nearby. Laundrymat 20 minute walk. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Roofdeck for drinks but would be nicer if seating was hi-top around the edge for taking in the view. Self check in/out.
