The staff is top notch. I was highly stressed out (traveling with an elderly), I made a mistake of thinking I’ve lost a purse in the lobby (found it hidden under the bed where I looked several times) and the response by the staff was highly professional, kind and friendly. They calmed my nerves. Just genuinely nice and kind people. Thank you 🙏

I love the hotel and the fact that it is a walking distance from the terminal. The breakfast is nice. This was actually my fourth time there and i will most likely return next time i am in Vienna.Two things i really dislike though-

Moxy was very clean comfortable. It was an easy walk through a tunnel to the Vienna Airport Terminal. Unfortunately, the food options at Moxy are limited. There is a breakfast buffet and a small dinner buffet. All other food is grab and go. They do not have a restaurant. They do have a bar.
