This is a very under- equipped hotel. NO WARDROBE to hang anything, NO drawers, NO SAFE which I consider essential. Room is tiny and bathroom ridiculously small. Cleanliness generally good but not even a waste basket in bedroom so waste ends in a small pile. Too many quirky design features around the hotel. Management would do better to spend their time getting the bar and breakfast running efficiently. Air conditioning in our room was not working- wouldn’t cool below 27C. Many reviews 10/10. My rating overall 4/10.

Room 82 degrees - was told nothing could be done because of the winter heating system being turned on. This despite setting temp at 68. Window opened onto noisy drinking group at 2 am. Bathroom stupidly small with bathmat left inside shower. Meal offering embarrassingly bad; 23 Euros for rice and creamed mixture. Staff at check in very nice. Staff at check out surly.

Front staff were helpful. It is close to airport so you can walk. Pillows were awful and room was not as clean as expected. Staff smoke on stairs that use to walk up to room. I was disappointed overall.

Nice place for a night’s sleep before or after a flight, but be prepared to walk. No other way to get around to it. From Terminal One it’s an almost an entirely indoor walk using elevators (you’ve got bags), ramps, and multiple moving escalators. At least 15 minutes dragging bags. If you want real dinner food, you’ve got to go back the same way to a couple airport dining options. We had a lovely dinner at Wolfgang Puck. The hotel has a full bar but only has limited prepared sandwiches, salads, a microwave, snacks, and a nightly small buffet by day of the week - our night was veg broth, a pumpkin curry, and turkey with rice. We skipped that and opted for the long walk into the terminal instead. It’s a hip, brightly-colored fun-vibe hotel and surprisingly quiet once you leave the lobby.

We stayed here for 1 night on a layover and really loved the place. The rooms were great, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was kind and courteous. For sure would stay here again in passing through Vienna airport!

Amazing

Hotel in a great location for using the airport (A couple of mins walk from the terminal). Very quick check-in, plenty of staff that were all friendly. Room was great and comfortable. Shower was good. I asked for a room with an airport view and it didnt disappoint. Bar staff at night were friendly and served us quick. Nice , modern, clean hotel. Check out was easy and quick. Definitely stay again
