The hotel is a very nice hotel. Very convenient. It's located in fron of terminal 1. Super easy to walk at the airport. However, the bed is really hard, the pillow is too high and temperature of the bedroom is hot man. Impossible to have o good rest which was our purpose. I stayed here the 3th time and i cant have a good rest. I stayed here only because is convenient.

We stayed at NH Vienna Airport Conference Centre for 1 night as a stop over before our flight back to Australia. This hotel was clean, comfortable and a welcome rest stop between multiple flights, We were given an upgrade on arrival which was lovely, Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bar has a coffee and cake special for 6.50 euros which was very enjoyable for afternoon tea.We added the breakfast buffet so we could eat before our flight and found it very convent that it started at 5:30am. The hotel is so convent as we only had walk across the road to our terminal.Would definitely stay here again.

Bed Bug Bites
The hotel was selected because of its convenience to the airport for one night and that was very good. However, the room we were assigned (4057) apparently had bed bugs, as both my wife and I had numerous bites the next morning from our sleep here. That really isn't acceptable for a quality hotel as this appears to be and we expect a fair and appropriate refund for our inconvenience. Thank you. Steve and Gretchen Harrell

Arrived early around noon and check in was 3pm. They are not flexible with check in. The asian woman on the front desk - didn't like her and she's the only one that made me a bit unhappy. If you prefer to do early check in you have to pay €50. She didn't even bother to look if there's a room available. She just said come back at 3pm for check in. Other hotels will offer to check you in and leave luggages so by the time you come back room is ready, luggages in your room etc. good thing is Tatiana was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Location is just across the airport so very convenient.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I loved everything: from a super quick and easy checkin/checkout to the dining area and surroundings. The rooms are very clean, the bedding was crispy white and with fresh scent, the bathroom was equipped with everything a traveller needs: clean and fresh towels, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and hair lotion. If you have a flight before their breakfast buffet opens, not to worry - the pastries and coffee/tea are available from 3AM. I strongly recommend to everyone travelling to Vienna or staying there during the layover. Family friendly, kids friendly; super quite. The pizza and burgers at the lobby bar were amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Due to road constructions going on we had severe difficulties finding the right way to the hotel with our car. We never did as a matter of fact. We finally parked our car close to the hotel and unloaded our luggage. The next morning we had difficulties finding a walkable way to the terminal.
