Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing food and breakfast. I ordered dinner in hotel and food was excellent. The only inconvenience I had a very soft mattress, which was not as I used to sleep. The rest is good.

Excellent Hotel
We stayed at this hotel for a single night B&B City Break. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and appeared to be a mixture of Tourists and Business Professionals staying as guests. The breakfast menu choice and food quality was very good. The Hotel is right next to the main Train Station so easy to access from the airport train and then on our departure train to Budapest. Was also very easy to access the Christmas Markets from the nearby tram stop. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Transport station is cross the road, 10 minutes to get in city centre via tram or underground. However, hotel has no information about tourist attractions, only a map in reception. No booklet for hotel service in room, no idea the reception contact number. I don’t think there is telephone in my room. Breakfast has pancake machine, but no toaster. Very clean hotel, unfortunately, could not have included breakfast, as my trip to Budapest pick up time at 6:27am, and staff would not allow me make a cup of coffee, as they start at 6:30am. Friendly to younger children, play room available next to dining room. There are few nice restaurants near by for local, and shops cross the road attached to train station. Supermarket close at 8pm.

This was a lovely property. The room was quite nice. The best part was the location directly across the street from the train station. We arrived, walked across the street, dropped off our bags, and were immediately ready to start enjoying Vienna. The hotel also had many food options conveniently available as soon as you walk in the lobby. The front desk made checking in and out very quick and easy as well. I would 100 percent recommend this hotel.

The staff at the Novotel went above and beyond when our booking at another hotel went wrong. There were no rooms available for our first night so they kindly let us bed down in the lounge for the night and use the facilities. We booked in straight away for the second night. We had a fantastic nights sleep after our not so perfect first night. We were then able to leave our bags until the early hours of the next day, as we were going to a concert and then going to the airport. It is in a great location too, just next to a very reliable train and metro station. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

Around the corner from the main train station. Took OBB train from airport to and from hotel. It was a connecting flight from Berlin to Boston with a 16 hour layover. This hotel had a free mini bar in room and a free breakfast on my plan. If I go back to Vienna I will definitely stay here!

The place was fantastic but the most critical thing for me is the bed and temperature. The room was unbearably warm and was told that since it was October the A/C was no longer functioning. Strange. The room felt like an oven and as a result the stay was unsatisfactory.
