Great location - beside main station. The area is safe but like all railway station areas, not the best. But we never felt unsafe. Staff at reception very friendly. We couldn't check-in until 3pm but arrived from London at 10am. They stored our bags and we went into city. The double room was small with no air con. It was 35C during he day with v hot nights. Window open and a fan was provded in the room, but it wasn't ideal. Duvets on the bed but no cover sheet, so couldn't sleep except under the duvet. terrible perspiration. Basic shower and separate loo was fine. Room safe was broken [batteries expired I think] which was reported but not fixed. But the room door was very strong and secure so we felt safe from outsiders [passports and travel docs etc]. There are no hotel facilities in the traditional sense - bar, lounge etc - but we were out in the city all day anyway. Not sure we'd stay again, but we might in mild weather say.

There were no facilities in the room. no Air conditioning. Just provided 1 small table fan for 2 rooms (6 beds). there were two TV's, none of them worked. complaints were not addressed. The receptionist just kept saying sorry for everything. No refund provided for all the inconvenience.

Farò un reclamo in quanto mi é stato addebitato il Costo di 3 colazioni che io avevo pagato nella prenotazione, per più di 45 euro!!!!!! Il personale dell’arrivo é stato gentilissimo il ceck-out imbarazzante, la ragazza non ha voluto saperne anche se avevamo detto di aver pagato la colazione, oltretutto abbiamo prenotato una stanza con 5 posti, 2 letti Queen size ma ci é stata data una camera con 3 letti, siamo senza parole. A breve faremo le nostre rimostranze!

Prisvärt hotell. Sköna sängar och kuddar. Rent. Bra läge, lätt att ta sig till saker, mycket restauranger i området. Parkering är ett stort minus. Det är dyrt och du måste köra till tågstationen för att parkera. Inte optimalt alls.

Prima hotel. Vanaf vliegveld 15 min. Met trein Hbf Wenen. Een paar min. naar overkant hotel. Tram, bus en metro op loopafstand. Inmiddels gerenoveerd. Kom hier al jaren.

フロントの管理人さんが人懐っこく、とてもアットホームなホテルでした。 The manager at the front desk was friendly and the hotel felt very homely. 場所もウィーン中央駅近くで、ヨーロッパ各方面からの電車が中央駅に乗り入れていて、便利でした。 The location was also convenient, as it was near Vienna Central Station (Wiener Hauptbahnhof) , with trains from all over Europe running into the station.

Pænt og rent og tæt på banegården
Hotellet hedder Congress, men også Yggotel. Det ligger meget tæt på hovedbanegården og man kan se det når man træder ud af hovedindgangen. Hotellet virker lidt slidt. Til gengæld er værelserne pænt store og rengøringen er i top. Der serveres ingen måltider på hotellet, der er mange muligheder for spisning i kvarteret omkring banegården.
