I liked everything about the hotel, the staff were very pleasant, breakfast was delicious and plentiful,our room was big and very clean. Public transport to the city centre was just 3 mins away and it is also near a train station straight to the Airport. It is a hotel I will definitely visit again.

There is no ac in whole hotel including rooms — no fans - there sliding door - but big and it was 94 outside and we had 4 rooms - and one in the balcony had trash bag with bugs in it told front deak they change tge room only two doors down but be honest disnt reassure me of cleanest - if your a back packer this is a place for you but for a family of 8 and 4 rooms was not worrh it - if i cold cancel i would have gone for same price to a better hotel with air - oh and breakfast was at restaurant not good and normal what we are use to and at check in they want mw to pay again because if sometime with there computer i said no and at check out they dont have a front desk person all day we didn't have anyone to check us out was really frustrating and there was things wrong with room too needs work

Cold stay in great location
Hotel has great location and parking garage with enough space for bigger vehicles Staff is great and helpfull Problem was with room temperature which was too cold and it was not for the first time. Outside temperature 8. Inside 17 Issue is that you can not manage air condition from room and it is central and automatic - staff was not able to change it as well. They told me to turn on heater in bathroom but bath room had great ventilation thus all warm air got out of it. Floors could be cleaner - after few walk in socks they were dirty… Mentioning all above if you are prepared with slippers and extra hoodie - not that bad Location, garage,easy arrival and departure from highway beats all negatives.

It made my stay in Vienna a memorable one! I loved my room: quiet, clean, spacious with a kitchen and terrace. There is free coffee and twa in the lobby and they have a great gym on the 3rd floor. Wish I were there longer to enjoy more.

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. The staff was wonderful, they would print things for your upon email request and answer any questions with enthusiasm and a polite demeanor. The showers are lovely and the building (despite NOT having individual AC units in the room) stays cool (compared to every museum, restaurant, etc. our hotel was the coolest destination we were at in Vienna).
