I loved this property and all of the staff! the stay was amazing! however because of the cold weather, the heater was on pretty strong and it was very hot in the room so i swear a lot and it affected my sleep, but other then that it was amazing!

This hotel was close to the city transport so was easy to get into the centre of vienna. This was a very comfortable hotel with good quality breakfast.

I had a great 2-night stay at the Rioca. The room was large, exceedingly clean and very comfortable. The room was also very quiet, with double glazing and I assume good internal insulation. It provided easy walking access to the university and other offices in the locality. As I had no luggage, it was a pleasant 30-minute walk from the CAT airport train station in the city to the hotel.

Great location.
Located close to the train, tram and bus lines. Several grocery stores and restaurants within 3 blocks. Rooms good size with kitchenette and seating area for eating. Friendly helpful staff. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Fun Brazilian decor.

Probably the best appointed hotel room I have stayed in. Great facilities and friendly staff. The only issue is the room temperature. Very warm to the extent that we had the patio door open for most of the stay in December

I really liked my room, it was the single room Ipanema with a kitchenette. The room was spacious, clean and came with a bottle sparkling water which was greatly appreciated. The location is very well connected with a tram stop nearby ( less than 10min walk) and additional tram connections a little further down. The tram gets you to the main station in 15mins which is about 4 stops. There is a fresh bakery next door which does great sandwiches, cakes and hot drinks. I grabbed my breakfast from here for a few days. The place is in a residential and university campus but a very quiet area. I would walk back to the hotel at around 8 or 9pm and the area would be quiet and empty. But in general the whole surrounding area is very quiet, doesn't feel unsafe just takes getting used to. My check-in was was quick and easy but my check-out took a little longer. They weren't able to find my suitcase for a while which had me a little worried! But it was located at the end and unfortunately I missed my tram and had to get an Uber to make my train. Overall a good place to stay, clean, easily accessible and friendly staff.

It was a nice little room that had everything we needed, just a tight space. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others were not and were of no hope. There's not a lot of food options around and the bar really doesn't serve meals and if you're not part of the EU, you're unable to use the foodapps here. I really wish they had a few places listed you could order from by phone. It was decently situated in the city so not too far from everything.

Kitchenette sparsly outfitted with 2 each cups, utensils, plates and glasses. No bowls. No pots or pans to cook with on the provided stove. Microwave also provided Good sized room with big TV and small table/ chairs for eating in the room.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. There is even a kitchen included. The location of the hotel is close to many public transportation options. It is an easy ride to tourist sites. The hotel price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna.

It was easy to get around Vienna with the trams and the U-Bahn conveniently located within walking distance. The staff was very warm and welcoming and helpful abd the excellent free coffee was so comforting in the cold.
