This hotel is a gem! My wife and I were thrilled with all aspects of our stay. The service orientation of the staff is fantastic! We received a wonderful greeting upon arrival by Amadea and Leon. Hozan was excellent throughout our stay, Alex was wonderful in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and very clean! The heart of Vienna, lined with sidewalk cafes, cathedrals and shops, was literally within a 5-minute walk. Highly recommended!

That’s a no for me

The location felt a bit dodgy upon arrival, but it’s about a block from a nice area. Just a funky pocket. The lobby was lovely, but the rooms are not good. There were stains on the curtains, there was what appeared to be rot on the floor where the shower meets the flooring, the gaps in the toilet area allow for zero privacy. I would not recommend or stay again.

Trendy, great location, good breakfast, great staff, they had an alarm drill so elevator stopped working. Had to use the emergency stairs WITH LUGGAGE on the way out.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We walked to all the major sites. We didn't get the breakfast at the hotel but there are a couple of bakeries around the corner with coffee, croissants and pasteries. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The one thing to keep in mind is that it is a botique hotel so the rooms are tiny and the shower has glass walls. I was sharing the room with my sister. I would have been uncomfortable sharing with a friend.

I loved the hotel; the decoration is super original, the location was great, we could walk everywhere or take the trolley just half a block away. As for the shower and bathroom, they weren’t very convenient, and I missed having another piece of furniture to put another suitcase on.

Nice and functional

The hotel was clean and the lobby and bar area are nicely decorated. The self check-in process is easy and convenient. We stayed in the “nest” room and it is small but worked for one night. It is an easy walk to main attractions and a subway but the area right around the hotel is very quiet at night with not much going on.

Fantastic central location near public transport. Room is ok and staff are friendly. The entrance is mediocre and when the front door is locked it can be difficult to find the rear entrance if you don’t look up!
