The cleaners ignore the Do Not Disturb sign and knock on the door in the early hours. One of the cleaners came in without warning. Even when I complained, it continued.

This property was just as amazing as the Munich property, easy walk to transportation and restaurants. Loved the chill and funky atmosphere! The room was open, spacious and a very comfortable bed. One thing didn’t like and it’s a personal preference, there was no door on shower. This got the area by the sink pretty wet, found a lot of European properties go for this concept not sure if it’s for aesthetic or cost savings. But don’t let that stop you from booking. Will definitely put this hotel brand on my list of hotels to stay

Overall outstanding experience, get the breakfast buffet, it’s great, they have movie lounge every night and very close to the Ubahn easy to go around. However we found hair on the comforter from the previous guests.

Great location and friendly staff, BUT…no hot water to take a shower in my last day…in a 5o celsius degree weather! Not acceptable. Specially for the price you pay. Also, in my view, not having a minibar and a phone to communicate with reception are negative points. The minibar could be empty, but at least so you can put bottle of water you buy outside. Not sure i would stay again even with great location and staff.

Gret hotel, within walking distance of everything. Lots of shops, coffee shops and restaurants around. Hotel was clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. Staff were polite and gracious. Perfect for a weekend break.

This was a fantastic place to stay! I highly recommended it. Everything is close by, the staff is really helpful, the breakfast is great, the rooms are very quiet, and I love the whimsical design and the movie nights.

Hitel was in a great location. Lots of stores and dining options just out on the main street. Hotel is all cashless, which I was not a fan of. Also, the night side tables next to the bed are too small. Just barely big enough to rest a cell phone. Otherwise, the hotel is great and staff was friendly.

Loved the design and decor, very Biba Ken high Street 1970's. Staff were great. The only two things i would change, is to put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Plus allow the customers to by the room spray that is sprayed into the front lobby of the building. Please let me know if i can buy this somewhere. Many thanks
