Wonderful old world hotel.
The Savoy is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Vienna. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel has old world charm and modern conveniences. The breakfast was wonderful. It is in a walkable neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Savoy. Very courteous and helpful staff (Anita was so helpful and nice), and a lovely breakfast. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of unique shops and restaurants (Spittelburg area) and about a 15 minute walk to most of the main attractions. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Good place, but over priced and a little outdated.
Good hotel, but over priced. Room was spacious. Very good location, being close to a metro and tram stop. Staff were able to organise an early breakfast which was nice. Some staff were kind, but some were not. Outdated decor and furniture. No lift to get to the first level, only a lift after getting there. Controlling the shower temperature was very very hard, something was wrong with it. There were no power points next to the bed.

Convenient location to sights and amenities with restaurants and shops within a five minutes walk. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Not handicapped friendly.
No easy entrance to hotel for handicapped seniors. No walk in showers only large tubs with broken shower heads that don’t drain. Beds are very low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues. Again, not handicapped friendly. Decor definitely showing signs of age.

Loved this hotel and its friendly, welcoming staff. Brilliant location, only ten minutes walk to the main tourist attractions in Vienna. Excellent value. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel and staff, in a great location, easy reach to many touristy destination. Nice breakfast and serving. Surely worth your pennies. The only suggestions is perhaps to update the decor a little, in room 42 that we stayed the chair next to the lamp had old marks on it and same with the carpet. Would dearly recommend this hotel or come back, great experience. Gentleman at the reception was absolutely great, helpful and friendly.

Good place to stay.
It was a good stay, front desk & everyone were super nice. Having free breakfast was great. The room I was in had a few carpet stains here & there which I assume were from bleach, but nonetheless. However, there were not enough outlets, I'm glad I brought a power strip with me. Overall the experience was great. The location was perfect.

We had a wonderful time in Vienna. We did and saw so many things. The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. Easy to get to many tourist attractions, great restaurants and shopping was close and shops were great too.

Superb location for the money, but tired
Hotel is quite cramped & a little past its prime. The lighting in my room was really poor. Also lacking sufficient outlets. Noisy! Breakfast room was too small, but the food was good. Staff was helpful & nice. Location is excellent.

Absolutely lovely!
An incredible hotel in a lovely central location. I stayed with my wife and daughter for a short trip to Vienna. We were very warmly welcomed, and given advice on what to see straightaway. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and approachable - they helped my daughter to get an early morning taxi and even a breakfast before that. We felt like we were well treated at the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Vienna.

Great!
The hotel is old school charming, it's pretty and floral and elegant. The man who checked us in on reception was friendly and knowledgeable. It's incredibly close to the museum quarter. The breakfast room was a compact and although they can't help the size of their rooms and did spread out into another room I found myself being bumped by people in an overcroded breakfast rush. Very minor complaint though, everything else was amazing!
