Great place to stay

It was a great experience, easy accessible to all Places. However, open bathroom is something we were not comfortable. No offence to the hotel, it is just that I was not comfortable. Great reception, great staff and above all good customer service

Very convenient location for the station and you can hop on a tram into the centre very easily. A modern hotel with all of the amenities that you'd expect. No complaints about the room but the elevators experienced some issues while we were there.

This was a nice enough hotel. The rooms were very small - even our family room which was apparently the largest they offered. Definitely tight quarters but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Super close to central station and all the amenities there, and easily walkable to Belvedere Palace, and we had no issues walking all the way down to Karlskirche, St Stephen’s etc

Hotel great but area is soulless

Hotel is clean and modern. Room is spacious however the area has zero character and really is only good for its location to the main train station. If I return the Vienna I wouldn’t stay here for that reason alone.
