Good for a short stay
A relatively new hotel since April, 2019. Big rooms, and gently nicely firm bed. Rooms made for long stay but only 2 large bath towels supplied. No hand towels or wash clothes. Front office personnel very nice but limited as to their knowledge of local place to eat. Several around the corner that they were unaware of. Jean very nice but only her 3rd day there so not expected to know. Khun Sach very helpful with getting a sim card. Location ok but must walk a bit to see anything. TV basically complicated to work and all the channels are Thai. No CNN, BBC, etc I did find one Thai channel in English but it was only about travel type things in Thailand. Breakfast gets a less than favorable rating. Service is fine but selection is quite limited. But it's complimentary.

The plumbing needs to be turned up it makes noises and sometimes I smelled a little sewer gas but only for a brief time. Need to establish a relationship with some Tuktuk so they will be available for customers

Property was new and clean. Problem was that some things in the hotel weren’t ready. A review we read said the pool bar served great cocktails but the pool bar was empty and hadn’t been opened yet!? The pics showed a kitchen in the apartment and after travelling for some months my kids were looking forward to using it but nothing was connected up and we were told it was only for long term guests!? Breakfast wasn’t too good either. On the flip side the staff were lovely - it wasn’t their fault - the free bikes were a nice touch too. Small gym also pretty good. Location a bit far from the Old Town and not much around. Would be nice if everything was ready before it was opened to guests.

予想はしていたが、タクシードライバーも場所がよくわからなかった。チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応はよい。ハンガーがなかったので要求したが、忘れたらしい。朝食はそこそこ。部屋は清潔。

wifi届かない
タイ大使館でビザの申請をするために宿泊。大使館へは歩いて10分かからないように思いました。申請に必要なパスポートのコピーもフロントにダメ元で聞いてみたら無料でしてくれました。 残念だったのはサイドテーブルの引き出しの中に前泊者が置いていったお菓子の袋(中身はなく要するにゴミ)があり、きちんと掃除されていなかったのがマイナス1。 ロビーではwifiをキャッチ出来ましたが、部屋(3階)にはほとんど届かなかったので、simを買うことに… セキュリティーボックスが有りますが、使い方が特に書いていないので、開けられなくなってしまいまして、フロントに行ったら合鍵を持ってきて開けてくれ、担当者が使い方を説明してくれましたが、中途半端なセキュリティーボックスだなと思いマイナス1です。 朝食のビッフェもそこそこありました。 フロントのスタッフがアオザイを着ているので、このホテルもベトナム系だと思います。
