Misleading Add Hotels.com/Host Rectified It
We booked this place on hotel.com and found when we arrived that it was a nice room in a person’s home that did not even include free parking. We were expecting a hotel room and were not comfortable with the situation, however the hostess Gabriela was so nice and understanding that she moved us to a bed & breakfast place in another part of town. The place we moved to was more than satisfactory in its looks, newness, location and ability to find free parking. We were happy with the change, how sweet Gabriela was to us and had a grand time in Vietri sul Mare, despite the misinformation provided on Hotels.com. Thank you, Gabriela, for being so flexible & accommodating to us given the misunderstanding!
