Dining options were awesome.. it was my daughter’s birthday and they went above and beyond to help up celebrate. Property is beautiful and clean and food was the best I have had in an all-inclusive. 3 min to the airport but only a few planes during the day!..would highly recommend to all!

Great location , fabulous amenities , restaurants excellent but the most outstanding were the staff - from the front desk - accommodating our request for a room change to the wonderfully respectful , warm and friendly restaurant and bar staff. We were so impressed would definately recommend this property - we will be back :)

Very close to airport ! 1 minute drive. It was nice seeing the airplanes take off so close to resort. Airplanes would depart maybe 1-2 a hour during the afternoon. Nice pools. Excellent staff. Food at the main buffet was great. Lots of choices. Only thing was that the rooms were a little small. Other than that very nice resort for families and adults. Lots of activities for everyone daily

I was here for work unlike all the others, this place was nice, I just wish the times for food were different. I understand that it is built around people on vacation so it just might be the way I am used to doing things as compared to the resort.

Limited food options and unsafe conditions as the beach is not private. Random individuals approaching you if you go on the beach. Towels availability is limited and no place to sit in the shade due to lack of cabanas.

We enjoyed our vacation at Coconut Bay. The food was excellent. I suggest making restaurant reservations upon arrival as they can book up quickly. The staff was very accommodating. Shoutout to Bertha that made my mother's 80th birthday extra special. I accidentally booked a king for my mother and I and called to see if I could get 2 queens. The staff brought a full size bed, not a roll away but a box spring and mattress - thank you to whoever made that happen. The rooms are being renovated to be more modern which is needed. Large property. My only recommendation is that they need someone to monitor kids access to adult only events. Some people brought their kids to night events that were not kid appropriate. I would stay at this resort again.

First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional! We were greeted with a glass of rum punch as we stepped out of our airport shuttle and that just set the tone for rest of our week. (Btw, only about 5 minutes from the airport but you are not innundated with air traffic) Our concierage rep Dania was outstanding from the moment we got there. She gave us a full property tour and personally escorted us to our room. She even arranged a birthday dinner for me without being asked. Special shout outs to Tiffany G at the adventure desk. She gave great advice as we chose which excursions to take. Solange at the dinner reservation escorted me around ensuring our "Perfect Night" reservation was taken care of.(fellas if you are celebrating a big anniversary, 25 for us, this is a great way to celebrate your wife) Melika our housekeeper was top notch even we didnt need service. Esther was excellent with evening turndown. Both ladies always left special notes that made it more personal. Finally, Bradley, our private waiter with "Perfect Night" was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dinner. He also, gave the right amount of privacy for us to celebrate each other. Finally, Jason(I know he isn't employed by the hotel but is still deserving of recognition) our driver for the couples escapade adventure was great. His knowledge of the area and ability to answer all the questions I threw at him about the island made the excursion perfect.

I visited from Monday thru early Saturday afternoon. I wish there was more shopping options available besides the boutique on site in which the prices were a bit high. Otherwise, the property was great. The staff was very courteous and customer friendly.

Upon arrival To St. Lucia the resort is three minutes from the airport. Your vacation starts immediately! The resort itself is so clean and organized, The staff is the absolute greatest part of our trip. They were also friendly And hospitable, we felt like family before we left. The air conditioner is no joke! We actually had to keep our room warmer because when we were not in the room, the air conditioners work so good. It was freezing when we came back. Food and beverages works exceptional! But again, staff serving them and taking care of us are the number one reason we have already booked our return trip!
