We just came back from Coconut Bay Beach Resort. We had an excellent time at the resort. This was one of our best vacations. Our son has celiac disease and typically it is a problem to find something that is gluten-free and the choices are limited. Here at the resort, we met with the chef and he walked us through the buffet and showed us what is available to our son. The staff was very aware and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Each restaurant at the resort had numerous gluten-free options; if we had questions, a chef would come out and offer help. There are a lot of activities in the resort and water sports on the beach. The beach is not busy and finding a shady or sunny place is not a problem. We would absolutely come back again.

Fantastic hotel resort. Good food, loved the Jerk tree house! Sharnil and Harley the cooks are so friendly and made us feel like family. Loved all the reserved dining: Silk, Calabash, trattoria. Chard and Starsha catered to your needs. Travis at the breakfast buffet is so attentive. Loved the vernanda breakfast. Our housekeepers Marley and Valdez kept our rooms cleaned. The New Year’s Eve dinner and party and fireworks were the best ever experienced. The dancers are fantastic. The whole entertainment team have so much energy and kept us dancing! The Michael Jackson show was absolutely superb! Unbelievable week!

Staff was amazing. The New Year's Eve Party and fireworks were great! The food and drinks were very good consistently. The resort was spread out and never felt crowded at all. No lines at the water slides or lazy river. There was always a spot at the beach or pool. Overall an amazing resort. Great location and transportation close to the airport as well.

Our family had a fantastic vacation at Coconut Bay! The staff was exceptional—always cheerful and attentive. The resort itself is stunning, I enjoyed the yoga sessions by the ocean, while the kids had an amazing time at lazy river, water slides, and pool along with the organized games and activities. The Saturday evening Carnival was a highlight—such a lively and enjoyable event filled with music, dancing by Keisun and the guys on stilts, and great vibes The only drawback was they spotty Wi-Fi, so it's not something to rely on. Overall, Coconut Bay provided us with a memorable and fun-filled getaway.

Everything about this resort was fantastic. The only complaint I have is the fact that I caught a parasite (Giardia) from either the water or the food. I specifically asked upon arrival if it was safe to drink the water and I got a firm "yes".

We went in a large 3 generational family group. Everyone had a great time. Highlights were jerk chicken shak, live evening music and entertainment, warm and friendly staff, relaxed hotel vibe, reggae, not overcrowded. Only quibble would be that cuisine for vegetarians could have been tastier and varied. Even different vegetarian, pulse or lentil curries would have been enough.

The staff here go out of their way to give you a good experience. Convenient to the airport. Easy to get excursions. Food is decent. Drinks are good. Property is maintained. Pools and waterpark keep everyone entertained. WiFi can be spotty at times.

The resort has nice rooms, great amenities, a beautiful beach and great food! However, the primary items that set it apart from other resorts is the casual environment (not stuffy) and the many activities and events to involve and entertain the guests. Our experience was wonderful. We plan to return in the future.

I jist spent a week at this property with family and friends. Everyone loved it. Literally the only thing I didn't like were the outdated restrooms. Everything else was awesome. It had a few pools, water slides, and a lazy river too. The beach was long and perfect for strolling. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Friendly, hard-working people. Couldn't ask for more. The airport was so close, I walked to it to pick up my car rental. Really nice resort. Would recommend to anyone.
