They have a great Pickleball courts, but they don't promote that fact. My favorite restaurant was Silk(Asian Cuisine) but all of the restaurants were great.The aloe wrap and massage were fantastic.

The beachs around the property had lots of seaweed and werent swimmable, there was also a stench at the whole resort due to the dying seaweed. The staff were overall nice and the food was pretty good.

We loved Coconut Bay Resort! The spa was great! We enjoyed the food and ate at 2 of the restaurants there. The Asian inspired, Silk and the Italian restaurant Tratoria. Loved the Italian one the most. We also took advantage of the adult only breakfast on the Veranda which was delicious. The staff was fantastic!! We loved the entertainment every night in the lobby ( except karaoke night) The sarcasm was awful but the resort does everything in their power to get rid of it daily. I only wish we could have gotten a room on the adult only side as we were there for our anniversary and didn’t want to deal with kids

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Restaurants were very good. Silk was our favorite. The massages are amazing. Best ever. Jamal does a nice rum presentation and always has a smile. Marz is a fun and personable bartender. Shakera at the front desk was very professional. Richie was a great driver with Land and Sea adventure (highly recommend). The wait staff at Trattoria were all very kind. Brian, security on the beach, was knowledgeable and personable. The resort is doing everything possible to take care of the sargassum on the beach. We loved walking the beach everyday, saying hello to Jack Sparrow, Thomas, and Raymond (vendors).

As a well-versed traveler, this was one of our worst stays. The room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm, when it clearly states that check in is at 3pm. The room was clean but the rest of the grounds are dirty. I realize the seaweed is out of their control but it is really disappointing. There is no beach at all due to the seaweed. I would have canceled had I known it was as bad as it is. The beach is not even accessible. The food was the worst food we have ever had (out of the country). Knowing what we know, we will never be back. I realize the weather is also out of their control, but it rained more than it was nice. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent. We wanted to book reservations for dinner and was given a hard time and pushed to eat at the buffet. I would definitely try another resort.

The only problem was the rain. It didn't rain every day, but the rain did end one of my excursions sooner. I know they can't control the weather, but thankfully it was only one day thatvwas a wash out during my stay. Some of the food spots could've been better as far as taste. One of the restaurants, Calabasha, was taking too long to take my order and to bring the food out. I only ordered chicken and mashed potatos, and it took over 30 minutes for it to get to me. It probably took 15 to 20 minutes to take my order in the first place. I traveled by myseld. It shouldnt have taken that long. Other thanz that, i enjoyed my overall experience.

So we did a destination wedding here. We have been to a lot of all inclusive resorts, and the reviews here seemed amazing and our friends were married here as well and loved the experience. The actual wedding was AMAZING we had the best day, staff food, venue, everything was stellar. CONS However the resort itself was definitely not what I pictured. The biggest problem was the beaches were COVERED in seaweed. To the point they were unwalkable. It smelled horrible on the resort. By the end the staff had worked really hard and by the end of our stay we could finally walk on the beach but still couldn’t go in the water. There were several nights where flying ants infested the rooms, but the staff worked hard to fix that. The rooms themselves definitely had wear, chipping paint, some cracked tiles, but overall were fine, but nothing exceptional. We paid for ocean view room and couldn’t see the ocean (not that it mattered with seaweed). The wifi was super spotty outside the rooms. PROS The food was really good. Amazing for two teenage boys who want to eat all the time! The pools were well maintained. Entertainment was good on most of the nights. The location is amazing being right next to the airport. The roads there are insanely curvy which is a nightmare for anyone with motion sickness. Overall, aside from the amazing wedding, it was an extremely average, if not below average, resort and we will not be going back.

Great resort, close to the airport, wonderful staff, best food we have had at any resort and lots of options. The bars made drinks as requested and with top shelf liquor if you wanted. We would have liked the entertainment to be earlier in the evening but the show we watched was great.

Resort is very clean. Room AC was great, never had issues with hot water. The food alone would bring me back--everytbing was delicious. The theme nights had the biggest spread of food. Unfortunately the beaches were experiencing an unprecedented amount of seaweed...not the resort's fsult by any means, butbwe could not enjoy the beach. The smell of rotting seaweed was so terrible. Their maintenance crew worked tirelessly to move it away, and the resort offered complimentary transportation to another beach.

So honestly I was a bit disappointed in this resort. I love going to Islands to enjoy the beach and if this is why you go to an island I do not recommend Coconut Beach resort. Their Beach is horrible and constantly covered with thick seaweed. They do their best to keep it cleaned up but there is so much that you cannot even get in the ocean. The pools were nice. Some of the workers were amazing while others were not so great. The food was only mediocre. The buffet pretty much had the exact same thing everyday and you have to get reservations to the other restaurants. If you're only staying a few days you only get to go one time each and that's if you can get in. Overall it was an okay place but I probably wouldn't go back.

I recently stayed at this resort with a group of friends and we had an amazing experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The resort was very clean and well-maintained, and we didn’t run into any issues during our stay. It’s conveniently located close to the airport, which made traveling easy. We also loved the pools and all the facilities available and events they hosted, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Resort was beautiful and fun. We went at a bad time, the beach was covered in seaweed and we couldn’t use the beach and the smell was awful. When we were leaving it started to clear up. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The resort needs some upgrades, the room wasn’t very clean when we first got there but they did a good job at restocking everything every other day.

The property was a little outdated, but not awful. The service was good, and the food was great. However, the beach was not useable because of how much seaweed there was. Although they tried their best to clear the beach it was never clean enough to actually go in the water on the beach.

If you are traveling as a family and don’t mind not going to the beach then this is the resort for you. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The rooms were older but gave a fun Caribbean feel, especially for kids. The only reasons I gave it a 3 star is because the resort is on the Atlantic side of the island and that brought 4 days of massive, and I mean massive amounts of seaweed on the beach. That left a rancid smell in the resort and the beaches unable to be used. They have to figure out a way to address this.
