I would have rated the property all five stars except the carpet in our room definitely needs replacing, had some cigarette burns and was well worn. Other than that the property was in excellent shape. I would definitely recommend

Everything is within walking distance, Eifell Tower, metro, tons of restaurants and cafes.

Excellent stay - perfect 2 bedroom apartment for a family. Love the fact that we had access to the balcony, Kitchenette, dining table and a living room to relax. convenient to metro and many food spots near by. Laundry on site could be better as dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes. Grocery store ( Carrefour City ) is right next door. Gallery Lafayette is just a 7 minute walk along with other retail stores near by ( Uniqlo, mango , printemps, hoka, Zara to name a few). Highly recommend purchasing a metro pass to get your way around, however you can get an uber very easily also. Phone network is not great in the building. Wifi is available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great room and the hotel staff and bar was always available. The GM Helen was on point and made numerous recommendations for our visit. She was outstanding and I loved dealing with her from the very beginning!!!

It is not even clear where to enter. The hotel does not have good beds, sheets, and pillows. Super small room for the price.
