Great spot

We had a great stay. Good location and rooms were very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the bathroom in floor heat was not adjustable, which made entire room warm. Open window helped solve the issue.

Bad direction on location, gave me wrong number. Spent 30 minutes looking for A11. There was no A11 but other A#s. It’s a great room, just disappointing they are poor on check-in direction.

Vík Apartments is in the center of the small town of Vik. We took the large family studio that has two separate bedrooms one with two single beds and other with a double bed. In addition it has another double bed in the large living room. A huge laundry and bath and well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and neat. A little on the pricier side but well worth the comfort.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Our family of six fit very well. It was clean well taken care of and in a great location. Easy to find and the instructions on how to get into the apartment were great. All of us loved this little town and hope to return again someday.

The apartment was nice and clean, location was great. and mgmt was responsive when we had questions. Air conditioning would've nice, but realize it's not as common in Iceland.

Contactless checkin was easy. Our studio apartment was well equipped with stove, dishwasher, coffee make, bowls, plates, utensils. Loved the heated floor in bathroom. Great to have washer and dryer. Could not find a sponge. A microwave would have added a nice convenience.

Enjoyed the apartment. We had difficulty finding the apartment dispite getting the instructions. The sign on the building was confusing. Would love some instructions to use the cooking range and the fire alarm did beep several times when we used the toaster.

Spacious, tidy, and well-stocked apartment perfect for a small family while traveling. Right across the street from a grocery store and shopping center. We liked the Black Crust Pizzeria and Soup Company for dinner, both just a brief walk away. In-unit laundry was so helpful for our trip, though note that the dryer took multiple cycles to get things dry. The kitchenette lacks a microwave, but there are a couple of free to use ones at the Kronan across the street. The apartments lack a check-in desk, but you can go to the Hotel Vik front desk at the back of the property for help/gym access. We missed the memo on how the door lock works when we first tried to enter the room - if you swipe around on it (don't try pushing what appears to be buttons), it will turn on and numbers will appear.

Super clean & spacious apartment

Best place we stayed during my entire trip. Super clean and spacious. Nice to have washing machine and dryer in the unit. It would be better to have more hooks and shelves for clothes and bags Location is great, near grocery store and lots of restaurants. Only one complaint was the Aero Guest app that the apartment asked guest to install was very confusing Luckily the hotel emailed me the instructions and code to check in stead.
