Arctic City Hotel
Reception desk on arrival not very welcoming or friendly, just did the necessary. Bathroom floor space like a postage stamp, literally width of toilet. Never seen such a tiny bathroom. Breakfast was just ok but could have more on offer, quite limited. Location amazing, very clean, comfy beds.

Santa Claus Village was the perfect mix between nostalgic yet not overwhelming Christmas spirit. . Everything from the accommodations to the food was top notch. Everything was in walking distance and Uber/cabs were easily accessible. Friendly staff, clean facilities, overall great experience!

The property and the location is good. But what they don't mention is that some of the chalets are very far from the reception and you have to cross a main street, and if you don't have the car there is no help or trolley to drag the suitcases across.
