Walking distance to Old Town and the Port

Good quality accommodation and well located, small supermarket less than 5 mins walk. Little printed info but questions I submitted via chat were answered promptly (both property info like recycling and travel info like local bakery).

Nearly impossible to contact somebody from the staff

The property was very good. Clean and modern room and walkable from the airport which made it easy to get to. Unfortunately and I didn’t realize until late but I was sent the wrong pun

Here’s a polished version of your review: The rooms were okay, but the bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good. Most of the staff were okay, but unfortunately, the lady at the water park reception was rude and unhelpful. She would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally.

Room was clean and comfortable. One down side is that the A/C was not working and I was not able to cool the room down at night for sleeping. Amenities were nice, but sauna was run down and in disrepair.
